* Any exchange or refund will only be borne if the mistake is from our end and supported by proof from the customers.
* In case of damaged goods, exchange or refund will be initiated only by providing a full video proof from opening the seal of the package till the ends with no cuts, no filter and no editing.
* Without the proof, elorajewelry.in will be in no position to process the refund
